Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms with a separate lounge area but fell short on cleanliness and maintenance. The service was a mix of accommodating and in need of improvement. Its superb beachside location made it ideal for families, but dining options were inconsistent.
The hotel isn't particularly comfortable in some aspects but has amazing potential due to new developments and refurbishments. The rooms appeared outdated, with a black bedroom set that was chipped and marked. The location, however, is becoming rather special, especially with the charming park and train opposite. The dining experience, although the bar was impressive, unfortunately felt like the food was microwaved. Value for money varies based on the facilities and service provided.
The hotel was fantastic, catering for my disability with a spacious room featuring a double and a single bed instead of a sofa bed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the sea, restaurants, fairground, beach, and parks. The dining experience was good value for money, even though the coffee was not up to par.
